Uses the most reliable implant2 as its stable foundation.

Two Systems. One stable foundation.

Developed with over 40 years’ experience, the BI300 Implant is the strong foundation of all Cochlear Baha Systems.

The small titanium implant bonds with the bone in a process called osseointegration to become a secure and stable foundation, with two options to connect to the sound processor.
